Esther Barthel
Chief Product Officer, OpenAdminOS
Product, built-in agents and agentic flow templates for OpenAdminOS
Esther leads product for OpenAdminOS. She combines years as an End User Computing Solutions Architect, from Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop to Windows 365 and Intune, with deep DevOps and automation work. Her focus is product development, user feedback and shaping agents around the tasks admins actually want automated.
Oktay Sari

Technical leadership, content and community for OpenAdminOS
Oktay leads technology for OpenAdminOS, the open source desktop app that runs AI agents against a Microsoft 365 tenant from your own machine. His background is in hardening and Zero Trust, and his scope covers technical leadership of the product alongside technical content and community presence.
Ugur founded Ugurlabs in Düsseldorf after years working in and with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. He builds the tools in close contact with the admin community that uses them, with a focus on the day-to-day work across Intune, Entra, Defender, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Small team, built in the open.
Most tools are free or open source, changes land on a public changelog, and feedback is handled directly on GitHub and in the community. If a tool is missing something you need, that conversation is how the roadmap gets set.
